What is Pre-Sale Ticket Access?
Pre-Sale ticket access gives you the chance to purchase event tickets before the general release to the public. Note that due to a limited allotment of tickets and high demand, there is no guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets to the show using your pre-sale code. Pre-sale codes have no cash value and are non-transferable, case-sensitive, and good for one-time use only.
How do I get a pre-sale access code?
Obtaining pre-sale access through a purchase from Fanatics.com for the Thomas Rhett Where We Started tour is limited to only fans who purchase Fanatics x Thomas Rhett exclusive t-shirts. Please check Fanatics.com/ThomasRhett and/or applicable product listings for full details on how to obtain ticket pre-sale access through a purchase at Fanatics.com.
Am I guaranteed a ticket with my purchase?
Tickets are not guaranteed with your order. With your order of Thomas Rhett shirts, you will receive the opportunity to buy tickets which will be available on a first come first served basis.
How does it work?
Pre-sale access to tickets will only be available online. Your access code and instructions to access the pre-sale will be sent via email (which will include the dates and timing of the pre-sale period. Pre-sale access codes are only valid during the time of the pre-sale period. Only one code per order per person is allowed.
How will I get my pre-sale access code?
If you have placed an order that includes pre-sale access, you will receive your pre-sale access code and the instructions to redeem via email on January 26, 2022. The email address you provided while placing an order on Fanatics.com for the pre-sale access eligible items will be the email address that is sent the access code. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam and/or junk folder before reaching out for assistance.
How many tickets can I buy on a pre-sale?
This varies depending on the event. Please check with the ticketing provider (ex: Ticketmaster) for full details.
My pre-sale code is not working, or I have other questions regarding the pre-sale, who do I contact?
Please double check that you are correctly entering your pre-sale code, as it may be case sensitive. If it still does not work or you have further questions, please contact Ticketmaster for assistance. Fanatics should not be contacted for any problem with your code, as that is sole responsibly of the applicable ticketing company

Early Access Terms & Conditions
OFFER GOOD UNTIL 01/25/2022.
Any person (“you” or “your”) visiting www.fanatics.com (the “Website”), including those who purchase any items offered by Fanatics, LLC (“Fanatics”), agrees to be bound by the following Reward Terms & Conditions (“Reward Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any applicable additional terms (which are incorporated herein).
Exclusions.
Promotional Offer: To receive early access to purchase Thomas Rhett ticket, (“Early Access Code”), visit Fanatics.com from 01/14/2022 – 01/25/202 (the “Promotion Period”) and purchase select Thomas Rhett apparel. If you qualify for this promotional offer (the “Promotion”), you will receive a code via email that will allow you early access to purchase Thomas Rhett tickets.
The Promotion is limited to residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, aged 18 or older. Limit one (1) per person. You must have a Fanatics account. No substitutions or cash redemptions. Applicable taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the Reward recipient.
2. General Conditions:. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Fanatics reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Fanatics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Promotion should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, cheating, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion. Void where prohibited or expired. Fanatics is not responsible for late, non-compliant, or misdirected requests. Requests not complying with all offer requirements will not be honored. Duplicate requests will constitute fraud.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Fanatics and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any liability, loss, claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Promotion and/or receipt, use or misuse of the Early Access Code, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical, mechanical or printing errors; (c) the administration of the Promotion (including any errors) and/or the processing fulfillment or redemption of requests; and/or (d) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any Reward. You further agree that in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
General Conditions: Offer is not redeemable in any manner other than as provided herein. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, which may occur in connection with or acceptance, use and/or misuse of this Program. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Program should cheating, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Program.
3. Governing Law. These Reward Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
4. Arbitration; No Class Action.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. Your participation in the Promotion constitutes your acceptance of this Arbitration provision.
As a condition to participating in the Promotion, you and we agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or connected with the Promotion and/or the Reward (except for small claims court Claims, if applicable) shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), including the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes, for full and final settlement of such Claim applying the Federal Arbitration Act and other federal arbitration laws. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO SUE OR GO TO COURT TO ASSERT OR DEFEND YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT. YOU AND WE ALSO AGREE THAT (A) ANY CLAIMS WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, MEMBER OF OTHERWISE ON BEHALF OF OTHERS IN ANY PURPOSED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AND NOT THROUGH ANY CLASS ACTION, (B) IF A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT ANYWAY, WE BOTH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL; AND (C) EITHER YOU OR WE MAY SEEK A COURT INJUNCTION REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT. ARBITRATION DOES NOT INVOLVE A JUDGE OR JURY.
