Notice of Financial Incentive/Program Terms

This section applies to residents of the U.S. when we offer you financial incentive programs like discounts and special offers in exchange for your personal data. The personal data requested in connection with the offer, as well as other terms, will be provided at the time you sign up. We may share your data with Affiliates, Business Partners, and service providers to provide the program. We will provide the name of any program partners at the time you select an offer. In calculating these offers, we consider the expenses related to the offer and the value of your data.

Specifically, through the Properties, we may offer financial incentives such as a “sign up and save” offer, an SMS/text message offer, promotional codes, a birthday offer, contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, or other financial incentives we may offer from time to time. This means we may provide you with a one-time percentage off coupon, a promotional code, or other offers and incentives if you agree to participate by taking specific actions on our Properties or provide us with personal data, which may include identifiers such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth (as further described in the categories of personal information in our Privacy Policy), and, where applicable, agree to receive marketing communications.

“Sign up and save” offers, once accepted will be automatically applied to your shopping cart during the same session unless you have also accepted a different site offer that provides a greater discount. If you do not use the “sign up and save” offer during that session you will receive a code via email instead. Offers may not be combined.

The “sign up and save” offer or promotional codes may not be available at all times or on all Properties. The terms of the “sign up and save” offer or promotional code (including our privacy policy and Website terms and conditions) and the amount of the one-time percentage off coupon will be presented to you at the time of the offer.

You may opt in by agreeing to participate by taking specific actions on our Properties as specified in an offer, or providing your email address or mobile phone number in response to the “sign up and save” offer. You can withdraw at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email that you receive or by replying STOP to any text message. Once you withdraw, you will no longer receive these offers.

If you provide your date of birth, we may offer you a birthday coupon or other discount. To be eligible to receive a birthday coupon or discount, you must provide your date of birth at least 30 days before your birthday. The birthday offer may not be available at all times or on all Properties, and its terms and the amount of any coupon will be presented to you at the time of the offer. Providing your date of birth is optional, and you may withdraw at any time by following the instructions provided or by requesting that we delete your personal data.

If you provide your mobile phone number, we may offer you a discount or other offer in exchange for enrolling in our SMS/text message program. The SMS offer may not be available at all times or on all Properties, and its terms (including message frequency) and the amount of any discount will be presented to you at the time of the offer. Message and data rates may apply. Providing your mobile phone number is optional, and you may withdraw at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

Contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways, including those provided through our apps, may not be available at all times. The terms applicable to such promotions and the exact financial or other reward being provided will be presented at the time of the offer.

We offer these financial incentives as permitted by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws. These offers are reasonably related to the value of your personal data that you are providing to us. Our good faith estimate of the value of your personal data is the value of the discount offered to you. We calculated the value of your personal data based on our expenses related to providing the offer.

You may withdraw from any of the programs at any time by following the instructions provided. Please note that if you opt out or request to delete your data, we may no longer be able to provide you with benefits. For offers involving your e-mail, you may unsubscribe via the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email you have received. For offers involving text messaging, you may text STOP. For all other offers, you may follow the instructions provided with the offer.
