Why can’t I complete my return?


Some items are not eligible for return due to their custom nature or special handling. Because of this, our Returns Portal will not allow you to move through the returns process.

Please review the list below before submitting your return.


What’s Not Returnable:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Trusted Partner custom items
  • Trading cards (encapsulated/loose/boxed), game-used items, vintage gear, Under Wraps, Emanate
  • Venue purchases (must be returned to the venue)
