Where is my refund?

If you are expecting a refund for a returned item - it takes about 10 business days for our team to receive and process the item.

Once a refund is processed it can take 2–7 business days for your refund to be reflected by your financial institution.

• If you select a gift card refund, it will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the return being processed.
