What is the status of my order?


The easiest way to check your order status and track your package(s) is right from your account.


Tracking your Order

If you signed in when you placed your order, go to My Orders at the top of any page (if you are signed in) or select VIEW/TRACK ORDERS from your Order History tile. 

  • Checked out as a guest? No problem - click Track Order at the top of any page, enter your order number, and hit Continue.

To see more info including tracking details and the ability to resend your confirmation email, click View Order Details and verify your email address (if you checked out as a guest).


Status Definitions:

  • Processing  - Order is placed and is going through internal checks
  • Shipped - Shipping label has been created and the package is shipped
  • Out for Delivery - Package is out for delivery and should be delivered mostly within the same day
