My order is lost, missing items or received flawed - what do I do?

Please be aware that you have 45 days from your order's ship date to report any issues.


Missing?

If your order is missing an item, please confirm that the item(s) was not shipped separately or had a pre-order/special event shipping date. 


Flawed?

If your item was received damaged and you would like a replacement, contact customer service with your order number and a Fan Athlete will help you.

  • If you prefer a refund, there is no need to contact us - you can process this return yourself by following the returns guidelines (here) and we will process a refund upon receipt of the merchandise.


Lost?

If your package has not arrived, or was marked as delivered and not received - please allow three additional business days for the item to be delivered.

  • If that timeframe has passed and you still have not received the item please contact customer service. We can process a replacement or a refund for the lost package.
