The Vintage Guarantee is limited to purchases of authenticated vintage items made directly from e-commerce websites owned and/or operated by Fanatics Mounted Memories, LLC and/or its affiliates. To request your refund, you must obtain a letter from Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), James Spence Authentication (JSA), or Beckett Authentication Services (each, a “Third Party Authenticator”) providing an opinion that the item is not authentic. In order to obtain a refund, you must email within ninety (90) calendar days of your receipt of item and provide the letter from the Third Party Authenticator. Please have your original order number available. Once your request for a refund is received, you will be provided with a return shipping label.

If the Third Party Authenticator letter confirms that the vintage item you purchased is not authentic and does not match the Certificate of Analysis provided with the item, then, as your sole and exclusive remedy, Fanatics will refund the purchase price (including taxes and shipping and handling charges paid by you at the time of purchase, if any) of the item. Fanatics will not refund any fees charged by the Third Party Authenticator.

To obtain a refund for the purchase price of your item, the returned item must be in its original, undamaged condition with the original authentication certificate and a copy of the letter from the Third Party Authenticator. Your returned item and the letter from the Third Party Authenticator will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we confirm that the returned item is not authentic, which may take up to twenty (20) business days, we will process the return. Once processed, your refund can take several more business days to reflect on your account statement based on your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email when this is completed.
