Accessing and Managing Tickets

How do I access my tickets from Fanatics?

Ticketmaster tickets can only be purchased through the Fanatics App. To access tickets purchased through Fanatics App, follow these steps:

  1. After your purchase, find the confirmation email in your inbox and select the link to claim your Ticketmaster Verified Tickets. The email subject line will contain “Your Ticketmaster Order…for…(via Fanatics).”
  2. Sign in or create a Ticketmaster account.
  3. Once you’ve completed that process, find your order in the My Tickets section or My Events on the app.

What should I do if I can't find my Ticketmaster Verified Resale Tickets email?

Make sure to check your spam and junk folders. If it was delivered there instead of your inbox, mark the email as Not Spam and add our email to your contacts to avoid future issues.

How are Third-Party Resale Tickets handled?

Yes, resale tickets purchased on the Fanatics App are powered by Ticketmaster, ensuring your entry into the event. We also partner with trusted third-party sellers for resale inventory of non-Ticketmaster ticketed events.

What happens if my event is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled?

If you purchased a verified resale ticket from Ticketmaster, you’ll receive a notification or email explaining any refund options available to you. For the most up-to-date information, sign into your My Account and select your event.
