Purchase Match Offer at Fanatics and Fanatics Sportsbook (ID: ALL_0018) 

1. Promotion Overview

1. With this promotion ID: ALL_0018 (this “Promotion”), an eligible participant who between 12:00 AM CT on May 1, 2023 and 11:59 PM CT on December 31, 2023 (“Promotion Period”) (i) makes a Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) on www.fanatics.com, including the mobile version, and the associated mobile application (collectively, the "Fanatics Website"); (ii) creates a Fanatics ID, and (iii) uses that Fanatics ID to sign up for an FBG Enterprises Opco, LLC for a sportsbook (the “Fanatics Sportsbook”) account (“Account”) for the first time, can receive an amount equal to their Qualifying Purchase, up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500), in bonus bets (“Fanatics Bonus Bets ”). Offer only available on one (1) Qualifying Purchase. 

2. The Fanatics Bonus Bets received from this Promotion will be deposited into the participant’s Account and can be used to place one (1) qualifying wager equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Qualifying Purchase on Fanatics Sportsbook during the Promotion Period. 

3. Participation in this Promotion and the use of Fanatics Sportsbook is subject to these Promotion Terms (the “Terms”) (a) for Tennessee participants, the Fanatics Sportsbook’s Terms of Service and any related policies and terms, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and House Rules and (b) for Ohio participants, the Fanatics Sportsbook’s Terms of Service and any related policies and terms, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and House Rules. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the relevant corresponding provision of Fanatics Sportsbook’s Terms of Service, these Terms will prevail. References to “you” or “your” are to the participants in this Promotion.

2. Who is Eligible to Participate

1. You must take each of the following actions during the Promotion Period to participate: 

1. make a Qualifying Purchase;

2. sign up for a Fanatics ID using the link provided to you after making your Qualifying Purchase; and 

3. be eligible for and sign up for an Account. You can create an Account on Fanatics Sportsbook’s mobile application for free. Note your identity must be verified to set up an Account. 

2. You must also:

1. not have previously signed up for an Account;

2. be at least 21 years of age; and

3. be physically present in Ohio or Tennessee when you: (A) make a Qualifying Purchase, (B) sign-up for the Account and (C) use the Fanatics Bonus Bets to place a wager.

3. What is a Qualifying Purchase and What is the Value of the Fanatics Bonus Bets

1. A “Qualifying Purchase” is your purchase of any item item available on the Fanatics Website, except for the following: 

1. gift cards; 

2. auctioned products;

3. product drops, or limited edition items; and 

4. items available on the Fanatics marketplace.

2. Subject to Section 3(c) below, the amount of the Fanatics Bonus Bets received will be equal to the dollar amount of the Qualifying Purchase, up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500), and excluding any amounts paid for shipping, handling and applicable taxes. 

3. If the Qualifying Purchase exceeds Five Hundred Dollars ($500), you will only receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500) in Fanatics Bonus Bets.

4. Limit of one (1) Qualifying Purchase per participant. 

4. How to Use the Fanatics Bonus Bets

1. Your Fanatics Bonus Bets will be credited to your Account within seventy-two (72) hours after you meet the requirements described above. You may solely use your Fanatics Bonus Bets to place one (1) wager with odds between -250 and 100,000 that settles before the end of the Promotion Period..

2. After the end of the Promotion Period, any unused portion or unsettled portion of any Fanatics Bonus Bets will be automatically withdrawn from your Account by the Fanatics Sportsbook and forfeited by you.

3. Fanatics Bonus Bets must be manually selected in the betslip window for such Fanatics Fee Bet Credits to be used instead of deposited funds when wagering.

4. If a qualifying wager placed using the Fanatics Bonus Bets wins, you will receive the winnings portion of such wager (but not the initial stake) as a withdrawable cash deposit in your Account.

5. Fanatics Bonus Bets recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Fanatics Bonus Bets received, regardless of whether the Fanatics Bonus Bets in whole or in part, is used and the Fanatics Free Bet Credit’s value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

5. How to Cancel Your Participation

1. Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support on the Fanatics Sportsbook mobile application. 

2. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your Account without restriction. However, the Fanatics Free Bet Credit, if any, may not be withdrawn.

6. Other

1. The Fanatics Bonus Bets are not transferable and cannot be substituted, except in Fanatics Sportsbook’s sole discretion. 

2. The Fanatics Bonus Bets are non-withdrawable, but any winnings therefrom are immediately withdrawable.

3. Fanatics and Fanatics Sportsbook expressly reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion, including the administration thereof, at any time without prior notice or consent. In addition, either Fanatics or Fanatics Sportsbook, in their sole discretion, may disqualify you from participating in this Promotion for any reason and this Promotion is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

4. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of either Fanatics and Fanatics Sportsbook and their decision will be final and binding with respect thereto.
