Buy Online, Customize at Lids Promotion

FREE IN-STORE CUSTOMIZATION WITH ELIGIBLE PURCHASES. Get basic embroidery on select MLB headwear and jersey purchases now only on Fanatics.com, Lids.com, and MLBshop.com. Eligibility is displayed on product pages. Valid for select in-store customization at participating Lids stores within thirty (30) days of delivery, while supplies last. Limit one customization per eligible item purchased. All sales final once customized. Physical proof of qualifying purchase required. Not valid for in-store or customlids.com purchases. Terms and exclusions apply. See Terms and Exclusions below. 

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must make a purchase of select MLB headwear and jerseys on the following online stores:

• Fanatics.com

• Lids.com

• MLBshop.com

Purchases made at Lids in-store on customlids.com are excluded from this promotion. 

Only select items qualify for in store customization. Eligibility will be indicated on the applicable product detail page. Fanatics reserves the right to modify the eligible online stores at any time, at its discretion.

How the Promotion Works

1. Buy Online:

Purchase any eligible MLB headwear or jersey item from one of the participating online stores listed above.

2. Redeem In Store:

Within 30 days of receiving your order, bring the eligible item and a valid hard copy order confirmation (printed; mobile confirmations are not accepted) to any participating Lids store.

3. Choose Your Free In-Store Customization:

Select only one of the following customization services per eligible item, subject to league and licensing restrictions, store capability, and supply availability:

• Basic embroidery, meaning 10–20 characters, single color thread (approximately 25 thread colors available);

• Embroidered autograph and number, limited to the "premium signature" option; or

• One collectible patch, subject to in store availability, while supplies last. 

4. Take it Home:

Once the customization is complete, you will receive your newly personalized item at no additional cost to you. All sales are final once customized and cannot be returned.

Limitations & Exclusions

• One customization per item only.

• Generally, product eligibility will be as reflected on the product page. 

• Qualifying products include MLB hats and select MLB jerseys sold on Fanatics.com, Lids.com, MLBshop.com, and any additional sites in Fanatics' discretion.

• Qualifying item exclusions apply, including selected mesh back headwear.

• Offer valid at participating Lids stores only ; availability may vary by location.

• Qualifying customization services exclude:

o special colored or fringe color embroidery threads and

o any items where customization is restricted by league, licensing, or store capability.

Proof of Purchase Requirements

To redeem the offer, you must present:

• A printed copy of the order confirmation from eligible site (currently Fanatics.com, Lids.com, or MLBshop.com), and

• The physical purchased item in new/undamaged condition,

Each in accordance with these eligibility requirements and subject to Lids' satisfaction upon review. 

Digital/email confirmations displayed on a mobile device may be accepted to the extent they include the information required to verify eligibility. Lids reserves the right to decline submitted 

documentation following review if the verification does not satisfy eligibility criteria.  

Timing

Redemption must occur within 30 days of the date you receive the online purchased item. The promotion period is subject to change at the discretion of Fanatics.

No Promo Code Required

Customization is applied in store upon presentation of an eligible item and valid proof of purchase. No digital or physical coupon is required.

Additional Terms

• Fanatics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.

• Customizations are final and cannot be altered once completed.

• Items customized under this promotion may not be eligible for return or exchange except as required by law.

• Offer is void where prohibited.

• All other applicable terms, including each site's Terms of Use (Fanatics.com Terms of Use/Lids.com Terms of Use/MLBshop.com Terms of Use) apply, each, respectively, depending on where you purchase your item(s).

Free shipping promotions are valid in Continental U.S., US Territories, and AFO/FPO only, such promotions exclude heavy, large, and/or bulky items, and free shipping does not apply to the extent your cart at checkout contains any excluded item(s).
