Fanatics ONE is Fanatics’ loyalty program that rewards sports and entertainment fans for their engagement across the Fanatics ecosystem. Members earn FanCash and tier points for their activity. As you earn tier points, you progress up tiers and unlock exclusive benefits and experiences.

As a Fanatics ONE member, you can earn and redeem FanCash across Fanatics and collect tier points that help you climb through the loyalty tiers. Members enjoy free shipping on orders of $29 or more, free returns, access to exclusive product drops in the Fanatics App, and unlock even more perks, benefits, and experiences as they progress.

FanCash is Fanatics' loyalty currency that can be redeemed across Fanatics experiences. Every dollar of FanCash is a dollar to spend on authentic apparel, Bonus Bets, collectibles and more.

Tier points are used to determine your tier in the Fanatics ONE program. You earn tier points through purchases on Fanatics.com and the Fanatics App, as well as through activity on Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino. Tier points are based on the amount of eligible FanCash earned.

As you shop and play with Fanatics, you earn tier points that elevate your Fanatics ONE status. Get 10 tier points for every $5 spent on Fanatics.com and Fanatics App purchases. Get 20 tier points for every $1 of FanCash you earn via sports betting on Fanatics Sportsbook. Get 50 tier points for every $1 of FanCash you earn via casino wagering on Fanatics Casino.

There are five Fanatics ONE tiers: ONE Member, ONE Member Pro, ONE Gold, ONE Platinum, and ONE Black.

ONE Member: 0 tier points

ONE Member pro: 1000 tier points

ONE Gold: 25,000 tier points

ONE Platinum: 100,000 tier points

ONE Black: 200,000 tier points + invite only

You can view your current tier status and tier point balance in the account page in the Fanatics App and the Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino app.

Once you reach a tier, you’ll keep that tier for the remainder of the current calendar year, as well as the calendar year after. You have until December 31st, 11:59 PM Eastern time of the current year to earn tier points to progress through Fanatics ONE tiers. Your tier points will reset to 0 for the new earning year annually on January 1st at 12:00 AM Eastern time.

Tier points are not redeemable for cash, FanCash, Bonus Bets, Casino Credit, or merchandise, and cannot be transferred, sold or distributed to others. Tier points are only used to determine Fanatics ONE tier status.
