5. Prizes. Upon verification by Sponsor, one (1) winner will receive a Shohei Ohtani Jersey from Sponsor. Approximate value of the prize is $270. Unless required by law, the Prize is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold or distributed to others. 6. Notification. Each potential winner will be notified by no more than seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, via direct message within TikTok or Instagram or X by @Fanatics using the contact information provided in the entry. To claim the Prize, the potential winner(s) will be required to promptly respond to the message and, in any event, no later than December 22, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. ET, and may be required to complete, sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and/or rights transfer document not more than twenty-four (24) hours following Prize notification or one (1) business day in the event the twenty-four (24) hour period does not fall on a business day, unless a longer period is required under applicable law.
