1. How to Enter.
You may enter the Sweepstakes only once during the Giveaway Period (defined below). To enter, you must post a photo on Instagram or X of you celebrating either the San Francisco 49ers or Kansas City Chiefs and tag @fanatics and use #SBReady. If you do not complete any part of the requirements, you will not be entered in the sweepstakes. Nonwinning entries will not be carried over to any subsequent sweepstakes or promotions. Entries must be received between January 30, 2024, at 4pm. ET and Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 8:59 am. ET ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

2. Entry Limits
Limit one (1) entry per person or household. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries or for submission problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or misplaced entries. Only legitimate and complete entries are eligible. By entering, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to abide by these official rules ("Official Rules") and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility
As indicated above, participation in the Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, as of the date of entry, are (a) at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence, and (b) reside in the United States. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, as well as its/their subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials and the immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

4. Selection of Winners
The first One Thousand (1,000) eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Giveaway Period will receive Fifty-Eight Dollars ($58) in Bonus Fan Cash (the “Prize”). Notwithstanding the foregoing and for purposes of clarity, if Sponsor receives fewer than One Thousand (1,000) entries during the Giveaway Period, Sponsor may deem the Sweepstakes null and void. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The decision will be made by Sponsor. The approximate value of each Prize is Fifty-Eight Dollars ($58). The Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to review or adjust the costs related to the Prize without notice. In no event shall any difference between approximate value as determined by Sponsor and the actual value of the Prize entitle a winner to any monetary or other awards or refunds.

5. Prizes
Following verification by Sponsor, the Winners will receive an equal share of $58,000 in Fan Cash to use for purchases on Fanatics.com (the “Prize”). Approximate value of each prize is Fifty-Eight Dollars ($58). Unless required by law, the Prize is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold or distributed to others. In the case of unavailability of the Prize or other circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value. Limit of 1 Prize per person or household. Allow up to three (3) weeks for Prize delivery. Delivery of Prizes will be delivered via your social media direct message (DM). Payment of all taxes and unspecified expenses due in connection with the receipt of the Prize(s), as well as all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of and use of the Prize not specified herein as being awarded (including, without limitation, transportation, fees, meals and gratuities) is the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Notification
Each potential Winner will be notified by no more than seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, via direct message (from @Fanatics) within the social platform in which you entered. To claim the Prize, the potential winner(s) will be required to promptly respond to the message and, in any event, no later than February 12, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. ET, and may be required to complete, sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and/or rights transfer document not more than twenty-four (24) hours following Prize notification or one (1) business day in the event the twenty-four (24) hour period does not fall on a business day, unless a longer period is required under applicable law. If any potential winner or winner’s guest, if applicable, is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to Sponsor's message within the required time period, if any Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any potential winner rejects his/her Prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such Prize will – at Sponsor’s discretion - be forfeited and may be awarded to another entrant. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

7. Conditions
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTRANTS AND WINNERS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS/ THEIR BUSINESS PARTNERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, FOR LOSS, HARM, DAMAGE, INJURY, COST OR EXPENSE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH, PREPARATION FOR, TRAVEL TO, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR POSSESSION, ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY AND FOR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RELATED CAUSE OF ACTION. Any and all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility 3 of the winner. Participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a Prize constitutes each Winner’s permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any Prize (including any tickets or experience prize) cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, public health crises, pandemics, epidemics, governmental or travel shutdowns, local acts of authority, acts of war, fire, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism, or any other reason.

8. Additional Terms.
Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth above is prohibited. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, if any. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. if applicable. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Use of Data
Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants. (see Sponsor’s “Privacy Policy” here: https://www.fanatics.com/what-is-your-privacy-policy/ch-2349) By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information as well as consent to sharing personal data with others for purposes of fulfilling the Prize and marketing.

10. List of Winners
